1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ParkBro application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. ParkBro is operated by ParkBro LLC, a company registered in the State of New York, United States.
2. Description of Service
ParkBro is a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform that connects drivers to share information about available public parking spaces. The App facilitates communication between users but does not guarantee parking availability, legality, or safety. ParkBro also offers optional roadside assistance features through its community.
3. Points System
The App uses a virtual points system ("Points") for transactions between users. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: • Points are NOT currency, money, or legal tender • Points have NO cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency • Points cannot be transferred outside the App • Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity • ParkBro reserves the right to modify the Points system at any time • Points balances may be adjusted in case of fraud or abuse
4. User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Updating your information if it changes • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate information about parking locations and timing • Follow all local traffic and parking laws • Not use the App while actively driving • Treat other users with respect • Not use the App for any illegal purpose • Not attempt to manipulate the Points system
6. Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases, if offered, are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies. Unless required by applicable law, all purchases of Points are final and non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKBRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Parking tickets, fines, or penalties • Vehicle damage, theft, or towing • Personal injury • Loss of Points due to technical issues • Inaccurate information provided by other users • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including location data.
9. Modifications
ParkBro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
ParkBro may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any accumulated Points may be forfeited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
